of Support Crew? In other words, what makes you stand out from the other
applicants? -The Ability to Be Understanding.I enjoy being nice to people. I always like to listen to both sides of an arguement,
and decide from there. I try my best to avoid being biased. I hate it
when people favor their friends over other players, and I'll do my best
to prevent that from happening.
The Ability to Be Helpful.As lazy as I may be at times, I will always be around if someone needs help.
Even
if I'm in the middle of doing something, like chatting with a friend, I
will still do my best to lend a hand. I am very responsible when it comes
to things related to being of assistance. I know how frustrating it is to have
Staff Members ignore questions due to ‘being preoccupied’ with something else.
I
wish to be able to answer a question right away, without that person having to
wait several days for one.
2. How often are you on the forums and in game? -Truthfully, I can’t say that I’ve been on a lot, since I joined today. I know
what you all are probably thinking; ‘this is most likely someone who makes an
application on the first day, and then leaves.’ I promise you that I will not
do this. Even if I don’t get accepted, I understand. I haven’t been on this
server for very long, but I do plan on staying. I have just finished finals for
this year, meaning I have all the time in the world to get online. I will do my
best to get on the server, as well as stay active on the forums.
3. How will you help improve and regulate the game for players to have a
better time? -I have seen many servers with hackers. They are one of the
only things I truly despise. By hacking, it ruins the enjoyment of the game for
other players. I take pleasure in seeing people smile. If I were to meet a
hacker, I would quickly take a Screenshot of them as proof, and judging on how
severe the hack is, I will either ban the player right away, or warn and keep
my eye on him or her.
4. Describe how you will
help support players in the game? --If a player needs help, I will step up right away. I enjoy helping people, and
I will do my best in answering any question I am given about the game.
-If there is a conflict between multiple players, I will do
my best in resolving the issue. I will always listen to both sides of the case,
and will try to offer feedback that will not be offensive in any way.
5. How will you help out staff members in Support
Crew? -The first thing that I would do is to get to know all of the Staff Members
better. If anything, relationships between each other are most important. That
way, we can help each other out if we had questions on how to deal with a
certain situation.
6. Realizing that Support Crew is the lowest
position in staff, why are you applying for Support? -I believe in the idea of achieving a higher position. If I cannot even maintain
the position of Support Crew, how would I be able to take on any higher
position in the future? A position as a Staff Member is a privilege; it is
something that needs to be earned. I like to assume that I need to gain the
trust of the other Staff Members before going anywhere, and to be able to
provide others an idea of how I would do the job.
7. How would you describe yourself in an overall
matter? List everything -I’m not exactly sure what to say here. I attempt to not judge people, because
it bothers me when others do so. I enjoy spending time with others in order to
get to know them better. Though it’s true that I can lose my cool, which is one
of my bad traits, when it happens I always try my hardest not to take it out on
anyone but myself.
8. Is there anything else we should know about
you? –I have a passion for drawing and music, but besides that, I’m
not sure what to add.
